Lost In Thoughts is a weekly series. I started this feature because I’m inspired by the amazing things I see on blogs and Etsy, and by family, friends, readers’ comments, and life. I don’t want to keep all of these wonderful finds to myself, so I gather them together on Thursdays to share with you.

April, thank you so much for the feature! Your blog is adorable!

The hedgehog card is one of my favorites, but it took some time to get it just right.

Once the card was finalized, my mom got me this stuffed hedgehog to celebrate (and maybe to keep me from buying a real live hedgehog in a moment of craziness). He sits on the window sill right next to my desk. He totally keeps me company.

This time of year, I have to start pulling out my warm clothes. I like switching up my wardrobe, but this year it feels like it’s lacking something. So, I’ve been perusing pinterest in search of inspiration.

On Sunday night, I went to The Brattle Theater in Harvard Square to see The Unknown. It’s a silent movie that was scored by a local band called Cirkestra. It was really cool to see a movie with a live band! Here’s a little video of their rehearsal with the movie playing. Cool, huh?

It was a creepy movie, but it was also pretty funny. The music emphasized the jokes, and the guy behind me laughed the whole time. It was a delightful way to spend a Sunday evening.

I hope you all had a wonderful (creepy) Halloween!

P.S. That’s my friend Lis on the violin!
